Beautiful city.
Beautiful city. Excellent museum of modern art, de Fundatie. Beautiful bookstore inside an old church. The best cake and chocolates in the Netherlands at Bakkerij Lindeboom. Try my three favourites: Dark chocolate filled with 5-spice, dark chocolate with cardamom filling, and the milk chocolate filled with caramel and sea salt. Try the others too. Many are prize winning chocolates.

As requested I got a quiet room which was very bright with two Velux windows which you could open to let air in. (There was also air conditioning) Spacious room with a nice feel to it. The bathroom was very good, too. Breakfast had lots of choices. Location is good for travelling through as it is near the highway but in a quiet area. It is just minutes away from Zwolle centre and other areas to explore. Staff are very good with children as seen on various occasions.

The shower is nicely appointed and the private patio area is a pleasant place to relax. The room itself is quite small and we felt a bit cramped. The skylight helps but we needed to keep it open for some ventilation during the night which meant we were awakened with the sun in the morning. The price is an outstanding value compared to other accommodations in Zwolle.

The room was spotless clean, cozy, with a jaccuzi and sauna, the breakfast yummy, the staff friendly. Luckily, we had our bikes and that helped us to get to the heart of Zwolle alot. Happy our room was on the 1st floor. The comfy room was definitely worth the small premium.
